At Ingenius Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
